A meditation teacher is selling his stunning 3.23-acre Maui oceanfront property for $26 million, according to a representative of Hawai’i Life, which holds the listing.

The three-bedroom, two-bath residence on the property spans 2,200 square feet. The ocean views are extraordinary.

“Charged with a sense of serenity and wellbeing, this gated haven provides a uniquely expansive canvas supporting connection with the timelessness of nature,” according to the official property listing. “Impressive in its exclusivity, PonoMakena is still only minutes away from world class beaches and all the luxurious amenities of the resort lifestyle.”

Jorge Yant, founder of the Quepasana Foundation, hosts monthly 10-day Noble Silence Meditation retreats on the property, according to the representative, who said “he is now looking for other land where he can guide his teachings.”

The property at 7750 Makena Road in Kihei, Hawaii, is under contract, according to the listing site.

Amber Lee of Hawai’i Life holds the listing.

The house last sold in 1999 for $2.77 million, according to public record.
