Lake Park Apartments, in St. Francis, are amid seven Milwaukee-space apartment communities marketed by Supreme Builders Inc.

A person of the Milwaukee area’s much larger condominium portfolios has been marketed to traders teams led by two well known builders.

The seven condominium communities, totaling 397 units, were being marketed by teams affiliated with Supreme Builders Inc. to teams led by Scott Yauck, chief executive officer of Cobalt Companions LLC, and Robert Joseph, CEO of Joseph Home Improvement LLC.

The apartment structures are in Oconomowoc, West Allis, Greenfield, Franklin and St. Francis, Yauck told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Supreme Builders also offered a 26-acre vacant parcel around South 92nd Avenue and West Chilly Spring Highway in Greenfield. Yauck mentioned a household growth is prepared for that web site.

The overall order selling price for the land and flats was $59 million, he reported.
