Humane Regulation Enforcement officers seized 35 chicks, 27 cats, 11 puppies, 8 little one ducks, 6 hens, 5 horses, 4 sheep, four guinea hens, two turkeys and a goat from the assets on Pumping Station Street.
Most of the animals were taken to PSPCA’s Philadelphia headquarters to undergo exams and receive treatment, according to the launch.
