It occurred just before 1 p.m. at the 2300 block of 41st Avenue Northwest in the Glover Park neighborhood.
Officials claimed the D.C. Department of Behavioral Well being was conducting a welfare examine on the 22-year-old gentleman when he threatened his moms and dads and the units on scene.
He proceeded to make bomb threats and refused to go away the condominium, prompting law enforcement to evacuate the advanced and neighboring properties.
Police mentioned the scenario ended all around 5:30 p.m. when they arrested the man.
